What You’ll Do
- Identify towns or areas with a recognizable Icons
- Reach out to local councils
- Investigate the local market and identify possible Suppliers, Producers and Points Of Sale
- Present the Chocolate Pirate concept using the three core lines
- Show how it keeps production local and supports existing storefronts
- Help them turn their iconic local symbols into a protected, edible, local economy boosting product
- Connect local suppliers , producers , and retailers
- Maintain straightforward, friendly relationships
This is outreach that builds sustainable economies.
Compensation
You earn:
- 17% of all Chocolate Pirate licensing and production income
- Licensing fees
- Production revenue
- Renewals
- Town‑specific product lines
This role is profit‑share only, during the first year of employment.

Promotion to full time manager , Full-time contract, fixed wage (starting at 36k/yr)+5% of net profits, after one year or +150k revenue
